Your Worth Noting record
Your entries are stored on your device by default. Worth Noting doesn't require an account for the core experience.
If you're troubleshooting a problem, avoid deleting the app until you've confirmed you have a usable backup of anything you want to keep.
Backups and moving between devices
Manual backups
You can create a manual backup file and store it somewhere you control. Creating and restoring a manual backup are both free. Keep a copy somewhere other than your phone, so it's still there if the phone is lost, replaced, or reset.
Automatic iCloud backup
Worth Noting Pro includes automatic iCloud backup and multi-device sync, stored in your own iCloud account. These features depend on your Apple Account, iCloud settings, device configuration, available storage, and Apple services.
Restoring is always free, including restoring from an iCloud backup that Pro created for you. If a subscription lapses, you can still get your record back.

Multi-device sync
Sync keeps your record the same across your iPhone and iPad, using your own iCloud account rather than our servers. It's part of Worth Noting Pro, and it's separate from backup: backup is a copy kept somewhere safe, sync is the record following you. Either can be on without the other.
A new win hasn't appeared yet
Pulling down on the home screen, or tapping Sync now on the Devices screen, refreshes the app. A device that's been offline catches up the next time you open it.
Two devices don't match
Check that both are signed in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud Drive on and storage available. Then open More, Sync, Devices to see the status of each one.
If you write to us about sync, the app can generate a sync report for you: a short, support-safe summary with counts, times, and one status line per device. It contains no win titles and no entry text. You'll find it under More, Using Worth Noting, at the end of the sync section.
Worth Noting Pro
The core Worth Noting experience is free to use. Pro adds unlimited wins, your own life areas, five additional fields, the Review, Editorial, and Keepsake PDF templates, field selection on exports, automatic iCloud backup, and multi-device sync.
Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. If Pro features don't appear after a purchase or a device change, first make sure you're signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then use the app's restore-purchases option.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
App Store purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Feedback and feature ideas
The quickest way to send feedback is from inside the app: More, Send feedback. It opens a message you can read and edit before sending, and your wins are never included.

If something isn't working, or you have a privacy question, write to us here. It helps to include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your device and iOS version, and a screenshot if it's useful and safe to share.
Please remove or obscure private entry content from screenshots unless it's necessary to understand the issue and you're comfortable sharing it.
